What to Expect:

Join other like-minded Denver music organizations to explore the possibility of working together in a new way. We know already there is so much excellent work being done by so many music organizations focused on youth.

The idea of greater collaboration toward greater equity has been surfacing organically and frequently as we have met together, as well as in our casual conversations with other organizations and funders. So we decided we wanted to make a plan for collective action instead of just talking about it.

The idea of a collective impact in music education here in Denver is already gaining traction — we’ve acquired funding from the Denver Foundation as well as the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, and secured Team Tipton to provide expertise in research, analysis, and facilitation. Now, we need you — join us!

Our Goal:

To identify and implement actions that increase equity, diversity, and inclusivity for Denver youth music education in a transformational, measurable, and sustainable manner.
