While I knew where I was supposed to be – at Bonobo and Nick Murphy’s co-headlining performance at Red Rocks with the Colorado Symphony on May 12, when the music began I drifted worlds away.

Conducted by Christopher Dragon, the Colorado Symphony will be treating classical music fans to a beautiful night of Mozart and more on Thursday, June 29.

Mayhem will be performed at Boettcher Concert Hall in the Denver Performing Arts Complex, and will be accompanied by the Colorado Symphony. 

Presented by Arrow and chaired by University of Colorado Regent Linda Shoemaker and hubby Stephen Brett, an attorney who has held executive positions with Tele-Communications, Inc., AT&T Broadband and Comcast Cable Holdings, the event at the Fillmore Auditorium raised $1 million for the symphony’s outreach and programming initiatives.

On this night, the Colorado Symphony led by conductor Brent Havens, set out to recreate the magic that this superstar crafted in their beautiful Boettcher Concert Hall in Denver.
