The Colorado Symphony has announced a pianist change for their February 7-9 performance of Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 2. It is with great regret that pianist Ingrid Fliter has withdrawn from her upcoming Colorado Symphony performances on the advice of her doctors who have recommended that she not fly during her pregnancy.

The Colorado Symphony and Denver Zoo recently joined forces to do something special for the Zoo's animals. Musicians from the Colorado Symphony went on to play impromptu concerts for animals around the Zoo, including Tensing, the pregnant greater one-horned rhino, Dobby, the Zoo's famous two-year-old giraffe, and the Zoo’s Sumatran orangutan family. The collaboration produced incredible results, proving that music is indeed a universal language.

The Harry Potter Film Concert Series returns to Boettcher Concert Hall with your Colorado Symphony performing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™ – Part 2 in Concert, the final chapter in the Harry Potter series. On Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, July 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., the Colorado Symphony will perform Alexandre Desplat’s GRAMMY® nominated score from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 while the film plays on four high-definition 40-foot screens.

The Colorado Symphony announces the next two installments of their Beethoven and Brews series at River North Brewery on February 12 at 6:30 p.m. and the Farm House at Breckenridge Brewery on March 18 at 6:30 p.m. A fan favorite since debuting in 2015, the Beethoven and Brews series pairs delicious beer with great music in an intimate venue for an unforgettable and homegrown front-range experience. This will be the first Beethoven and Brews event at each venue.
