PRESENTING COLORADO SYMPHONY ASSOCIATE BOARD AND CRESCENDO SOCIETY: YOUNG PROFESSIONALS OF THE COLORADO SYMPHONY
Reorganized young professionals group will cultivate a community that engages, inspires, and connects young professionals with the CSA while developing future philanthropic and non-profit leaders in the greater Colorado community

Sept. 24, 2019 – Denver, CO – The Colorado Symphony has announced a reorganized Associate Board and Young Professional group — the Crescendo Society — debuting for the 2019/20 concert season.

The Associate Board provides an environment for engaged young professionals to (i) learn leadership, development, and non-profit management skills, (ii) network with their peers and other business and community leaders, and (iii) support a sustainable, professional symphony orchestra for the Colorado community through philanthropy, fundraising, events, marketing, community engagement, and other supportive, meaningful actions.

The Crescendo Society is a collective of Young Professionals, concert-enthusiasts, and philanthropists engaged in the community to support and promote the Colorado Symphony. Members of the Crescendo Society are patrons and donors who come together to attend Colorado Symphony performances and exclusive Crescendo Society events.

“The Colorado Symphony is a vibrant cultural institution and has been instrumental in bringing dynamic concerts to Boettcher Concert Hall, Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre, and venues throughout Colorado for nearly 100 years,” said William Kowalski and Kip Wallen, members of the Colorado Symphony Associate Board. “We’re thrilled to lead an Associate Board that fosters excitement and a commitment to giving back in the young professional community while ensuring live symphonic music thrives in Colorado for generations to come.”
