What happens after I submit my order request?
Within 1 – 2 business days we will contact you by phone so you can choose the seats you want.
How do I pay?
We will call you within 1 – 2 business days and handle payment quickly and easily over the phone.
Do I get a discount on my tickets?
Yes! Every ticket in your package is a discount from our standard pricing*. 8-Concert packages receive a 15% discount and the 16-Concert package receives a 20% discount.
*Our lowest-priced, Level 5 tickets do not have an additional discount however all other Subscriber benefits apply.
Can I exchange my tickets if I am unable to attend?
Yes, you can always exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before your originally scheduled performance. Exchanges are free for subscribers and you can even receive on-account credit if you haven’t yet decided on a different concert to attend.
Will I have the same seats for all performances?
If available, all of your tickets can be in the same seats for each performance. You may alternatively choose different seats for some or all of your performances.
Can I buy additional single tickets?
Any tickets purchased above and beyond your package receives an exclusive 15% discount. Purchase add-on concerts with your subscription, or unlock anytime by logging into your Account and select the Subscriber Discount price type when you choose your seat.
