At the Event
The concert is approximately 45 minutes long.
If you’re bringing your students in a school bus, then follow the directions in our welcome packet with your materials. A parking map is included.
If you’re driving your students in a car or van, we recommend parking in the adjacent Denver Performing Arts Complex parking garage.
Light Rail is another great way to get here! Take the D, F, or H line to the Theatre District/Convention Center stop. Walk two blocks west on 14th Street (towards Curtis Street) to the Denver Performing Arts Complex and turn left into the complex. Boettcher Concert Hall is located at the southwest end.
We recommend leaving early enough to allow extra time for traffic and drop off. Concerts start promptly at the listed time.
Seating is based on the sizes of all the groups attending. Seating assignments will be emailed to you the week of the concert.
Yes. There is a large, grassy park in between the Boettcher Concert Hall and Speer called Sculpture Park. You’re welcome to eat and run around there. Eating is not permitted inside Boettcher Concert Hall.
If we cancel the concert, we will notify you via e-mail and/or phone call right away. Please make sure that you include your number and e-mail address in the representative contact information on the reservation form. Also, we will post a cancellation on the MusiCurious Facebook page as soon as a decision is made.
If your school or district cancels, but we have not cancelled the concert, please email musicurious@coloradosymphony.org and you will be contacted following the concert to let you know the options for rescheduling.
