Best Seats

  • First right of refusal to keep your seats for all renewing Classics and Symphony Pops package subscribers.
  • Custom Design packages are seated in the order in which they are received, with renewing subscribers receiving priority. Seats are always the best available based on subscriber preferences.
  • Flex Pass holders receive the best available seats at the time of voucher redemption, typically in Price Level 1.

Seating Charts

Great Savings

  • Savings on every concert* in your subscription package. Packages with 16 concerts receive a 20% discount, packages with 8 or 5 concerts receive a 15% discount, and packages with 4 concerts receive a 10% discount. The Flex Pass discount depends on what price level your redeemed seat is located, typically in Price Level 1 which is a 55% discount!
  • Exclusive 15% subscriber discount* for add-on concerts. Purchase add-on concerts with your subscription, or unlock anytime by logging into your Account and select the Subscriber Discount price type when you choose your seat.

*Limitations and restrictions apply. Seats in Price Level 5 are not eligible for discounts. Not all concerts can be included in a package and not all concerts are eligible for the 15% subscriber add-on discount. No discount on Yo-Yo Ma, Itzhak Perlman, Summer concerts, concerts outside Boettcher Concert Hall, or select concerts yet to be announced.

Subscription Pricing

Easy Exchanges & Replacements

  • Subscribers never pay exchange fees. Exchange for a different concert (or on-account credit)* or return your tickets to the Colorado Symphony as a tax-deductible contribution. Some exchanges may result in seat upgrade costs.
  • Exchange or return your tickets* by contacting the Box Office at (303) 623-7876, or submit a request online! Visit the My Upcoming Events page of your Account and click the Exchange or Return button next to the desired performance.
  • Ticket Insurance: Misplaced your tickets or left them at home? We will gladly provide printed duplicates free of charge. Plus, all patrons can now access mobile tickets on the My Upcoming Events page of their Account beginning 2 hours before the event.

*Please Note: All ticket exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Requests made inside of 24 hours before or anytime after your scheduled performance will not be eligible for on-account credit, exchange, or refund.

Exchange or Return Request

Advance Purchase

  • Access to the entire season before single tickets go on sale to the general public on June 10, 2024.
  • Advance notice and presale opportunities for newly announced concerts and events all season.

Split Payment

  • Pay half now and be automatically charged for the remainder* on June 7, 2024. Just check the Split Payment box on your renewal form and add the $5.00 fee. Valid on Credit Card orders only and expiration date must be after 7/24.
