Allegra Wermuth joined the Colorado Symphony in September 2003 as Assistant Principal Second Violin. She holds degrees from Oberlin Conservatory and Northern Illinois University where she studied with Roland and Almita Vamos and Shmuel Ashkenasi, respectively. Allegra maintains a large teaching studio and performs in various chamber music groups throughout the Denver Metro area.
