Sensory Friendly performances are geared towards those in our community who need a more relaxed environment to enjoy a performance in partnership with Phamaly Threatre Company. The Sensory Friendly concert experiences are meant to be shared among students, family members, and caregivers. Complimentary fidget tools are available for all attendees and shows include accommodations such as glowed house lights during the concert, reduced venue capacity, and an available quiet room.
All ages are welcome! Sensory Friendly performances are designed to accommodate all ages.
The performance is approximately 45 minutes long
Performances are held at various venues throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
Accessibility
Accessible seats are available at all venues. The number of these seats are dependent on the facility, please see seating charts of individual shows.
For hard of hearing patrons, Phamaly offers assisted listening devices at all performances. This is an audio enhancement through an FM receiver and headset.
For our hard of hearing and Deaf patrons, open captioning will be available at all performances. A captioner will scroll through the dialogue in sync with the actors spoken word. Captioning will be projected onstage.
For the Deaf community, these performances usually include two ASL interpreters to ensure all dialogue and music is well represented.
