The Colorado Symphony to Hold Press Conference: Build a Better Boettcher

Wednesday, September 17, 2014 – DENVER – The Colorado Symphony will share its vision for a renovated Boettcher Concert Hall during a press conference and public meeting on Thursday, September 18, at 1 pm, at Boettcher Concert Hall.

Colorado Symphony Jerome H. Kern will be joined on stage at Boettcher Concert Hall by Music Director Andrew Litton, the musicians of the orchestra, community leaders, and members of the Colorado Symphony Board of Trustees.

Kern and Christopher Wineman, principal, Semple Brown Architects, will present a multi-media overview of a plan for Boettcher Concert Hall, to be followed by a Q&A session.

Materials will be provided to the media.

The press conference is open to the public.

The Colorado Symphony’s 2014/15 season launches Thursday, September 18, at 7:30 pm, with a performance of Beethoven’s Symphony 9, conducted by Andrew Litton.
