ANNOUNCING THE 2020 COLORADO SYMPHONY BALL ‘MASQUERADE AT THE MISSION BALLROOM’
Jazz vocalist Hilary Kole to perform with the Colorado Symphony April 25, 2020 at Mission Ballroom
Jan. 20, 2020 – Denver, CO – The Colorado Symphony announces the 2020 Colorado Symphony Ball, Masquerade at the Mission Ballroom, to be held Saturday, April 25, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at Denver’s Mission Ballroom. Resident Conductor Christopher Dragon and the Colorado Symphony will be joined onstage by special guest vocalist Hilary Kole, providing music and style for an evening celebrating symphonic excellence.
Masquerade at the Mission Ballroom will be the organization’s largest fundraising event of the year with funds raised supporting the operations and education programs of the Colorado Symphony, the largest and only full-time professional orchestra in Colorado.
“It’s a special thrill to host this year’s Colorado Symphony Ball in Denver’s state-of-the-art Mission Ballroom,” said Jerome Kern, CEO and Board Chair for the Colorado Symphony. “This event promises to bring together over 800 philanthropic guests, incredible music, and a packed dance floor, making it one of Denver’s best parties of the year. As a nonprofit organization, the Ball is vital to our annual fundraising efforts, with last year’s event raising approximately $1 million in contributed funds, helping to make all of our season’s programming, community engagement, and education initiatives possible.”
The Colorado Symphony is honored to welcome Governor Jared Polis, First Gentleman Marlon Reis, and Mayor Michael B. Hancock as honorary co-chairs for the event. The Host Committee is made up of the following community leaders:
