Second performance added for Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Radio City Music Hall. Tickets on sale Friday, August 22 at 8AM MT / 10AM ET.

Aug. 19, 2025 – Denver, CO – Due to overwhelming demand, the Colorado Symphony is thrilled to announce an additional performance of Gregory Alan Isakov with the Colorado Symphony, taking place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 8:00PM ET at Radio City Music Hall. This new date is in addition to the previously announced show on Friday, January 30, 2026, which is sold out.

Isakov and his band, along with the Colorado Symphony, will perform many of the songs from their collaborative album, Gregory Alan Isakov with the Colorado Symphony (released in 2016), as well as songs from his acclaimed albums, including brand-new arrangements from his most recent release, Appaloosa Bones. These two special performances with the Colorado Symphony will be the culmination of Isakov’s nationwide symphonic tour, which includes renowned orchestras such as the Chicago Philharmonic, Atlanta Pops, and the LA Phil, among others, also conducted by the Colorado Symphony’s own Resident Conductor Christopher Dragon.

Tickets for the newly-added performance (1/31) will be available starting Friday, August 22, at 8AM MT / 10AM ET. For concert descriptions and ticket information, please visit coloradosymphony.org or call the box office at 303.623.7876.

ABOUT GREGORY ALAN ISAKOV:

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and now calling Colorado home, horticulturist/musician Gregory Alan Isakov has cast an impressive presence on the indie-rock and folk worlds with his six full-length studio albums: That Sea, The Gambler; This Empty Northern Hemisphere; The Weatherman; Gregory Alan Isakov with the Colorado Symphony; Evening Machines (nominated for a Grammy award for Best Folk Album), and Appaloosa Bones. Isakov tours internationally with his band, and has performed with national symphony orchestras across the United States.

Isakov’s new record, Appaloosa Bones, was released via Dualtone/Suitcase Town Music. Of the album, MOJO states, “Prime Isakov: his velvet baritone glides over elegant and shimmering Wild West mirages.” The Associated Press proclaims, “He has that magical ability to convey both urgency and grandeur at the same time…Simple. Straightforward. Utterly evocative.” And No Depression declares, “this is Isakov’s genius. He turns a short poem into a magnificent piece of music that can captivate for hours.”

When he is not on the road, he runs Starling Farm (a small farm in Boulder County), which provides produce to CSA members, restaurants, and Community Food Share (a local food bank).
