Colorado Symphony Movie at the Symphony: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone Added Date By Popular Demand 

 

The Colorado Symphony will perform the score live while the movie plays in its entirety. Tickets to the added January 8, 2017 date available August 19, 2016.  

 

August 16, 2016 – DENVER, CO – The Colorado Symphony is happy to announce an added date of Movie at the Symphony: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone as part of The Harry Potter Film Concert Series. The added date will be January 8, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Previous dates are now sold-out and the added date is accommodated due to the popularity of this performance. Tickets go on-sale to the general public for this added performance Friday, August 19, 2016 at 8:00AM online via coloradosymphony.org 

 

The concert will feature the live symphony orchestra performing, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. Audiences will be able to relive the magic of the film in high-definition on a massive screen while hearing the orchestra perform John Williams’ unforgettable score.  

 

CineConcerts and Warner Bros. Consumer Products announced the Harry Potter Film Concert Series, a new global concert tour celebrating the Harry Potter films, earlier this year. The Harry Potter Film Concert that kicked off in June 2016 is another magical experience from J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World.
