  • 15+ years leading cultural institutions through financial transformation and audience growth
  • B.A. in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University; MBA from Wake Forest University

Andrew Rodgers has spent 15 years leading cultural institutions through financial transformation — growing budgets, redesigning revenue models, and building audiences who stick around. As Executive Director of RiverRun International Film Festival, he earned Academy Awards-qualifying status for documentary and animated short films. At the Denver Film Society, he grew total revenue by more than 70 percent while nearly doubling membership retention. As President/CEO of the Albuquerque Museum Foundation, he secured $5.6 million in new public funding and led an internationally recognized repatriation of looted antiquities to the Mexican government.

He began his career as a journalist with the Chicago Tribune and later worked as a publicist for the Sundance Film Festival. He holds a B.A. in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Andrew lives in Denver with his wife Iana and daughters Mia and Anya. They have two dogs with strong opinions about personal space. When not at Boettcher, he’s training for his next road race or deep into a book.
