She wrote on a contract basis for the Colour of Music Festival, a Black classical musicians festival, starting in 2019, helping to secure over $500,000 from first-time funders, including the National Endowment for the Arts and South Arts. From 2020 to 2022 Christine worked full-time at the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. As the Institutional Giving Officer she served as the primary writer for a $3M foundation and corporate portfolio, as well as contributed to a $5.6M portfolio of government support. Most recently, she worked at Mountain Resource Center, a human services nonprofit in Conifer, CO. She is elated to have returned to the arts after studying violin performance and English at the University of Oregon and earning her Masters of Arts Management at Carnegie Mellon University. When not working on grants, Christine can be found skiing or hiking in the Rockies.
