Classics Highlights

Beethoven Symphony No. 9 with Music Director Peter Oundjian

The season opens with one of the most powerful statements ever written in music, uniting chorus and orchestra for a message of joy and shared humanity.

The Firebird with Cleo Parker Robinson Dance & John Williams Horn Concerto

Stravinsky’s brilliant orchestrations paint a colorful musical portrait that will be brought to life onstage alongside Cleo Parker Robinson Dance.
OCT 23 – 25

Mozart Requiem with Gemma New & the Colorado Symphony Chorus

Witness Mozart’s final and greatest masterpiece with conductor Gemma New, the Colorado Symphony Chorus, and a host of vocal soloists.
NOV 6 – 8

Vivaldi The Four Seasons Recomposed & Mozart No. 25

The Four Seasons Recomposed does not simply rearrange Vivaldi’s iconic work; it dismantles and rebuilds it, preserving its unmistakable DNA while filtering it through a modern lens.
JAN 15 – 17

Beethoven’s Fifth & Emperor Concerto with Kahane & Oundjian

This all-Beethoven program, with Music Director Peter Oundjian and former Music Director Jeffrey Kahane, is a centerpiece of the season and a celebration of the human spirit.
MAR 12 – 14

Oundjian Conducts Mahler’s "Titan" & Gershwin with Hélène Grimaud

The remarkable Hélène Grimaud returns to Denver as soloist in Gershwin’s Piano Concerto, followed by Mahler’s First Symphony, “Titan.”
APR 30 – MAY 1

Strauss Also sprach Zarathustra with Peter Oundjian

We conclude the season with Strauss’ Also sprach Zarathustra, a thrilling and thought-provoking masterpiece that invites us to contemplate humanity’s boundless curiosity and ambition.

ONE PIECE Music Symphony in Concert

Action, adventure and emotions will once again be on the program during ONE PIECE Music Symphony, featuring the most famous music from the TV series.

Star Wars: A New Hope in Concert

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Star Wars: A New Hope by experiencing the complete film unfold as your Colorado Symphony performs John Williams’ legendary score live.

Designed as a special Thursday night event at Boettcher Concert Hall, the series pushes beyond the traditional repertoire to spotlight music that is daring, immersive, and deeply connected to pivotal moments in art history.
