Musician Visit FAQs
General Information
What programs are offered?
We have three Musician Visit options: Meet the Instruments (Pre-K – 5th) our In-School sectional program (6th – 12th) and our Custom Musician Visit
What is the cost?
We have two tiers of pricing based on what type of visit you would like:
$95 per hour per musician – Education Based (sectionals, instrument demos, etc.)
$200 per hour per musician – Performance Based (the majority of the hour is performance based but can also include Q&A interactions)
Requesting a Visit
Am I guaranteed to have a Musician Visit request approved?
No. Musician Visit requests are subject to availability based on our musician’s schedule and the location of the visit. You will be required to enter three possible dates into the request form to help find a time that would best fit for all parties.
How soon could I have a Musician Visit?
Requests must be at least 4 weeks in advance. No requests will be approved for anything submitted later than 4 weeks.
When will I receive confirmation and details about our visit?
You will receive a confirmation email within one week of your request submission confirming details of your visit.
You will receive an email from one of our team members one week prior to the visit connecting you to the musicians that will be in attendance.
Payments
When will I receive an invoice?
An invoice will be sent to the coordinating teacher, administrator, etc. the day after the visit.
How can we pay for our order?
You may pay by calling the Box Office at (303) 623-7876.
If paying by check, please include a printed invoice and mail your payment to:

We do not have an online payment portal where you can pay by credit card.
